Taken from an original 1940’s hand made crochet pattern ( one of my mothers), using good quality crochet cotton, in a fabulous shade of Silver which has a slight sheen,I have added beautiful crystal rondelle beads to add an extra touch of glam, as I remembered my mum mentioned they used to add beads from old necklaces, as it was not possible to have any glam way back in the 40’s adding any sparkly beads they could find gave them a little of the film star feeling! I have picked the colours from my vast range which I think would be most suitable for this style, if you prefer another colour please message, am sure to have a colour to match your outfit etc which I can very soon make into a beautiful snood for you which will be truly unique.
This design with close crochet work will keep your hair in place and looking fabulous while showing the true 40’s style of the day. easily attach with a few hair grips.
All my crochet work is lovingly created by myself from my home here in Cheshire, which is smoke and pet free.
